We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. For your convenience, our office accepts payments by cash, check, and Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card. We offer interest-free financing plans through our office and extended-term payment plans thru Care Credit. Discounts are offered for payments made in full at the onset of treatment. If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us! Our office manager is an expert with insurance and payment options and she will work out all the financial details and possibilities with you and your family at the time of your complimentary consultation. We work hard to accommodate your needs.
We accept most major insurance plans. Our office manager is proficient in insurance and she can help you determine what orthodontic benefits you have and how those benefits may be incorporated into your orthodontic treatment. If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action.
We are a preferred provider for Delta Dental of Colorado, and once treatment has started, we will file your claims for you. To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
Orthodontic expenses are eligible to be reimbursed thru flex plans in the same way as any other medical expense. Flex plans allow you to pay for orthodontic treatment with pretax dollars, guaranteeing up to 30% savings.
We want you to utilize all of your pretax dollars. We will work with you to get the most out of your Cafeteria plan, FLEX plan, Flexible Spending Account, and Health Spending Account.
Our billing specialist will help you with any questions you may have.
Becoming part of the Eberle Orthodontics family includes lots of perks! As a second generation board-certified orthodontist, Dr. Eberle is passionate about providing exceptional quality orthodontic care for her patients. She does not recommend a single orthodontic treatment that she would not propose for herself or one of her family members. Dr. Eberle takes the time to get to know you and your family - your school play, where your grandkids live, your academic achievements. She might even ask to be your adoptive sister on one of your fun family vacations! Dr. Eberle also takes pride in her personalized orthodontic practice and makes a point to know everyone's name. These features contribute to our family-like environment. At the completion of orthodontic treatment, Dr. Eberle is thrilled to have participated to creating a great smile, but sad that someone has graduated from the family. All of these attributes may not exclusively be contributed to being female, but just a few might.
Dr. Eberle is honored to be invited to join the Edward H. Angle Society. The Angle Society is an elite group of orthodontists from all over the world who have not only earned board certification, but have demonstrated exceptional proficiency in clinical orthodontic treatment and knowledge of growth and development of the craniofacial complex. At their annual meeting in late January 2013, Dr. Eberle had to present five of her own treated orthodontic cases to be evaluated by the admissions committee of the society. Needless to say she was very intimidated and quite stressed out! The admissions committee was happy with her work and she has been invited back to future meetings to pursue the process of becoming an official member. Simultaneous relief and joy!
Dr. Eberle is board certified! This voluntary board examination is a demostration of Dr. Eberle's pursuit of continued proficiency and excellence in orthodontic treatment. Approximately 20% of orthodontists in the country are board certified. Dr. Eberle is currently the only board certified orthodontist within 4 miles of our office, which means you'll have to drive to Hampden or past downtown to find similar credentials. We are very proud to be able to share this news with you and hope you are as excited as we are!
We are settling into our new office!
We are happy to announce the move into our new location at 55 Madison Street, Suite 280 is complete. We can't wait to show you and your family our new home away from home. It is the perfect environment to achieve optimum results in orthodontics, and Dr. Eberle did a great job designing the treatment areas. It's gorgeous! See you soon for your tour around the new and improved Eberle Orthodontics! Check out the pictures on our First Visit page.
The Eberle Token Program is here! Patients earn tokens for great oral hygiene, compliance with their braces and retainers, excellence in education with awesome report cards, and more. Tokens can be redeemed for small prizes at each visit, or you can save them up for a few months and redeem them for bigger items or gift cards. There are plenty of fun things to choose from!
One way to collect tokens is by having your hygienist or dentist fill out the dental certificate below when you are in for your regular cleaning appointments. Once it is signed by your dental office, bring it to your next visit with us and we will give you 4 Eberle Tokens.
